Onboarding with Depth

Give every new hire a walkthrough they can explore, lessons they'll actually remember, and someone to ask when they're stuck.

On any device, starting before day one.

The problem

Most organizations onboard in one of two ways, and neither works well.

Hand new people to an experienced colleague, and it's expensive: your best people lose days repeating the basics, and each hire learns whatever happened to come up. Hand them a slide deck, a PDF handbook and a recorded video, and it's cheap but forgettable: it tells people about the workplace without ever showing it to them.

So the real learning still happens on the job, by trial and error, one question at a time.

Why it matters

People remember what they've seen and tried far better than what they've read. Onboarding built that way means fewer repeated questions, less time pulled from your experienced people, and the same standard at every location.

How it gets made

Build it yourself on 360Works with footage from a phone or a 360° camera. Or we capture your sites, produce the program and have it running in weeks.
